Hunters enjoy unobstructed views of the unique South Texas landscape and stunning sunrises/sunsets from both the ranch accommodations and the 14 deer blinds. About Mesquite Tree Ranch

Mesquite Tree Ranch is located 68 miles North of McAllen, Texas on Hwy 755. The ranch covers approximately 9,000 acres and has a variety of wildlife and game from hogs, dove, quail, Rio Grande turkeys, Javalina, bobcats, coyotes, and whitetail deer.  All hunters must have a valid hunting license and abide by all Texas hunting laws and regulations. 3 day, 2 night Our All Inclusive package includes lodging and food; 1 Trophy Whitetail; 1 Doe; 1 hog. The facilities include a renovated camp house, new deer feeders, new one man and two man fiber glass deer blinds, a commercial ice machine, a covered fire pit, covered deer skinning station with an electric winch, Satellite and big screen TV and a covered 25, 100 & 250 yard shooting range. WiFi is not available in this remote location; although, guests with cellular data plans will be able to access phone and internet.
